Job Description
Develops, implements and evaluates employee training and development plans and programs to support organizational needs utilizing disciplines such as leadership development, talent management, retention and internal growth among others.
Responsibilities
The role monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Postgraduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management or HR is an added advantage
• Minimum five (5) years of training experience in a reputable organization preferably in Financial Services
• Certificate/Diploma in Training of Trainers
• Knowledge of teaching and the ability to design courses.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Flexible and open to change and able to learn through your work.
