QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements for Appointment: -
i. A Degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration/ Management/ Public Health/ Project Management/ or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
ii. Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than five (5) years;
iii. Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation; and
iv. Have good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
i. Plan and Coordinate project activities with core partners, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders in the department;
ii. Act as the liaison person for project updates on the county developments plans and strategic direction;
iii. Monitor and evaluate regular project progress based on goals, objectives, and results with attention to core and wider stakeholders and process management;
iv. Contribute to the development of strategies/action plans and ensure linkage to the county development plan;
v. Organize and monitor regular project development including field site visits to ensure continued progress;
vi. Work on lessons learned, best practices and possibilities to expand the project scope to ensure sustainability;
vii. Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports of all activities carried out as per the assigned projects and submit them to the authorized officer; and
viii. Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
