Job Profile
Functional Purpose
Reporting to the General Manager, and based in Nyeri, the sales executive will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and selling product and services.
Key roles
• To execute direct sales activities and sell products, namely, Aggregates, Rock Sand, Concrete Mix and Asphalt to clients and achieving of monthly and annual sales targets given.
• Carry out market intelligence to enable strategic product and service decisions
• Sustain rapport with key accounts through periodic visits
• Focusing sales efforts to both existing and potential clients.
• Developing strategies to increase sales volumes and market share
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
Qualifications and competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Sales and Marketing Plus membership to a professionally recognized body.
• Two (2) years of working experience in a manufacturing/Construction Industry with demonstrable success track record
• Energetic with a people centric demeanor
