COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT & LIVELIHOODS OFFICER, JOB GRADE: KWT6 (4Positions)
Duties and responsibilities:
i) Community livelihood programme liaison and coordination.
ii) Developing project and program activities
iii) Preparation and monitoring of programme budgets
iv) Providing Periodic reports on project implementation as required by the senior Programs Officer
v) Gather information regarding communities’ concerns on engagement and participation related to water towers
vi) Preparing quarterly reports on programs/projects implementation
vii) Data gathering and analysis for project/ Programme Monitoring and evaluation
viii) Supporting ecosystem research, protection, rehabilitation and conservation activities
For appointment to this grade, the candidate must have:
i) A degree from a recognized institution in the following fields: - Community Development, Development Studies, Social works, Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship, Project management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Natural Resources Management, or any other related field
ii) Proficiency in computer applications;
iii) Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
