Reporting to: Manager, Inspection and Verification
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the selected candidate will entail:
1. Implementing, policies procedures for maintenance of an internationally recognized management system for accreditation.
2. Assessing conformity assessment bodies for competence.
3. Updating the register of the accreditation status of conformity assessment bodies.
4. Developing materials for promoting the use of regional and international accreditation marks on certificates or reports issued by conformity assessment bodies.
5. Reviewing and commenting on national, regional and international documents, standards and regulations.
6. Collecting and collating the client’s feedback on accreditation activities
Academic and Professional Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Science related fields from a recognized institution;
2. Proficiency in Computer application; and
3. Fulfil the requirement of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
