COORDINATOR OF SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES
Organizational Relationship: Reports to the University Chaplain
Duties And Responsibilities
• To offer catechetical formation and training to Students and Staff.
• To discharge all the duties proper to a Sacristan.
• To prepare and superintend all liturgical and spiritual activities not excluding those
taking place on Weekends and Holidays.
• To offer spiritual guidance, mentorship and accompaniment to Staff and Students.
• To prepare the Mass Schedules.
• To recruit students into Spiritual Movements
• To ensure that all designated places for spiritual activities and liturgical celebrations are suitably prepared.
• To work as a Curator and Steward of religious assets and items under the Chaplaincy Department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competences:
• One has to be a Religious Sister professed for more than four (4) years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or Catechesis or its equivalent.
• Two (2) years working experience in relevant fields (as a Catechist, Sacristan, Counsellor etc.)
• Provable administrative experience and tested organisational skills.
• Demonstrate sound judgement on moral and ethical issues.
