Duties and Responsibilities
1. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating
reports and presentations, setting up for meetings,
and reordering supplies.
2. Booking appointments, scheduling/notification of
meetings and email management.
3. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the
appropriate party.
4. Using computers to generate reports and transcribe
minutes from meetings
5. Welcoming and assist visitors.
