QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 50,610.00 - 67,110.00 (CPSB 07)
House Allowance: Ksh. 22,000.00 p.m
Commuter Allowance: KSh. 8,000.00 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Three (3) Years Contract (Renewable)
Requirements for Appointment: -
i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration; Business Administration/Management, Community Development or any other Social Science;
ii. Served in a relevant administrative field for a minimum period of four (4) years;
iii. Proficiency in computer applications from a recognized institution;
Duties and Responsibilities: -
i. Initiate and implement Administrative policies, strategies, procedures and programme;
ii. Manage and supervise the general administrative functions;
iii. Facilitate maintenance of infrastructure and facilities;
iv. Oversee transport management;
v. Plan and coordinate office accommodation;
vi. Oversee development and update of office equipment and furniture inventory; and Manage premises, assets and insurance policies.
vii. Coordinate and liaise with other directorates and departments;
viii. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and regulatory requirement
ix. Ensure compliance with national values and principles of good governance; and
x. Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
