QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 102,860.00 -137,070.00 (CPSB 04)
House Allowance: Ksh. 28,000.00 p.m
Commuter Allowance: Ksh. 14,000.00 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Three (3) Years Contract (Renewable)
Requirements for appointment:-
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Management ,Social Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
ii. Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage;
iii. Knowledge and work experience of not less than Seven (7) years, three (3) of which must have been at Senior Management level in the Public Service or Private Sector; and
iv. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
i. Liaise with the director and stakeholders on matters of Education Revolving Fund;
ii. Act as a strategic and policy advisor on Education Revolving Fund matters to the Director;
iii. Coordinate section activities;
iv. Assist the Director in Coordinating Human Resource Management and development for the technical and support staff in the section;
